A fine effort, this medium-bodied, floral and cassis-scented and flavored wine is quintessential Margaux. Elegant, with impressive flavors, concentration, a deep ruby/purple-tinged color, excellent purity, and a long silky finish, it begs for consumption over the next 10-12 years.

A beauty from Emmanuel Cruse, this elegant 2002 exhibits a deep ruby/purple color along with sumptuous aromas of flowers, blueberries, red and black currants. Medium-bodied, sweet, pure, and delicate, this wine requires introspection, and builds incrementally in the mouth. It is a very impressive effort.
